11 Harvest for Hunger Garden In 4 years, over 24,000 pounds of food grown in the Dow AgroSciences (Corteva Agriscience) garden and donated to local food pantries over 50,000 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables In 2017: 13,500 pounds harvested and 76 deliveries made to local food pantries, including Crooked Creek Food Pantry More than 100 employee volunteers work in the garden throughout the year More than 300 individuals outside of Dow AgroSciences (Corteva Agriscience) visit each year to learn about agriculture and local food insecurity 11

14 Example Total Worker Health Dow Part of 2025 Corporate Sustainability Goals Healthy Culture Index (HCI) measures a site s alignment with evidence-based best practice strategies and interventions in diverse health related areas For North America, Dow is on track for achieving this target: 2016: 33% of North America employee population was working in sites that had achieved gold/platinum 2017: 56% 2018 goal: 60% 14

Combines behavior change science and unwavering support you'll need to lose weight, keep it off, and help reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Offered at no charge to employees and their adult dependents. Key highlights: >4100 Dow people have enrolled in the program 51% of those participants that have completed > 9 lessons of the 16-week program, have lost at least 5% of their initial body weight (reducing their risk of Type 2 DM by 58%). 15
