2 SUN PRAIRIE SEEDS TEAM IN 1937, Champaign County Seed Company was born of the needs of agriculture. Founded by six progressive farmers and agriculturists, the goals have remained basic and unchanged. Our employees are dedicated to serving farmers throughout the United States and selecting the Sun Prairie products best suited for your individual soil and climatic conditions. Our success today is directly linked to the genetic and trait diversity in our hybrid lineup. We search out the best genetics and traits from many different sources. Many of these sources are developed by independent corn breeders with unique gene pools. We combine these genetic collections to create a portfolio of products that offer greater genetic diversity. The trend we see is greater genetic diversity tends to equal higher yields on your farm and reduced risk. You ll find the name Sun Prairie in front of some of the best looking test plots you ve ever seen. Stop and take a look we think you ll agree.
