Eden-Shield - a new and innovative approach to IPM We keep your greenhouse (field) clean of insects. We are environmentally friendly. We distance the insects. We don t kill them. 3

Our solution The smell of Achillea Fragrantisima. We use this smell as an odor-mask to isolate crops from insects. 4

Our Story EdenShield has developed a patented plant-based alternative to chemical pesticides that is eco-friendly and highly effective. Trials demonstrate nearly 100% blockage of insects, and up to 90% reduction in insecticide use for targeted pests. Founded: 2012 into Trendlines Agtech accelerator. 2014: concluded technical proof of concept, raised capital. 2015: development and initial pilots of the GateKeeper solution. Efficacy demonstrated. 2016: GreenFence pilots, Spain distributor engaged, pilots by partners in Italy and Greece. 2017: Established sales. Engage distributors in Turkey, Greece, Italy, Mexico. Mass production of extract. Multiplying Achilea crops. 5

R&D Lab experiments using the Olfactometer: Repeated 30 times. Significant results: 67% choose non ES side, 33% choose ES side. Lab experiments using EdenShield s apparatus: Repeated 4 times. Significant results: 90% choose non ES side, 10% choose ES side. EdenShield s apparatus simulates field conditions. Field trials: Currently being carried out in collaboration with Hazeraseeds and Bio-Bee dominant opinion leaders in the ecological IPM Research results will be presented at the 16th international symposium on insect-plant relationships taking place from the 2nd to 6th of July 2017, in Tours, France. 6

Research Experimental setup design for observing pests response EdenShield Bemisia tabacci Thrips % of thrips and whiteflies responding to EdenShield s product is significantly lower compared to control 7

Field Trials Validated with Leading Growers Less insect infiltration Less disease and physical damage Less toxic pesticides Greater Yield 9

IP Patent has been granted in the USA (June 2016) and Australia (April 2017). Patent has been published in Europe, Canada, India, Mexico and China. Patent has been filed in Israel and Kenya, IP&Patent Due-Diligence was carried out by Yossi Sivan&co. during Yotvata s investment investigation. 10

The Device We create a constant odor of Achilea at the greenhouse entrance or perimeter. To achieve this we use two devices: GateKeeper and GreenFence. GateKeeper: Installed in the greenhouse entrance and prevents the penetration of Whitefly and Tuta Absoluta. GreenFence: Installed on the perimeter of the greenhouse and prevents the penetration of Thrips. GateKeeper GreenFence 11

GateKeeper How it Works Whiteflies and Tuta Absoluta penetrate greenhouses through entrances + openings, not through screens EdenShield s NET sprayed via GateKeeper masks crops odor at greenhouse entrances Nearly 100% reduction in amount of pests entering vs. insects just outside Nearly no occurrence of viruses External Sticky Trap loaded with Whiteflies and other insects 550 whiteflies EdenShield fogger spray system Internal Sticky Trap nearly no Whiteflies! 3 whiteflies in a week! EdenShield

GreenFence How it Works Dedicated sprinkler system applied to greenhouse perimeter Crop: Greenhouse vegetables + ornamentals Insects targeted: Thrips, Whiteflies, Tuta Absoluta (enter via holes in net) Low Regulatory Hurdles Market Potential >$200M Integrated Pest Management (IPM) tool Q >75% reduction in pests from β sites in Spain Q Start sales 13

Test case- Israeli Tomato Grower, 1 Ha Greenhouse increasing crop yield. Without GateKeeper With GateKeeper increases yield by 5%-20% Annual output from greenhouse 250 tons tons Annual revenue from greenhouse $340,000 $354,000-$408,000 Additional revenue to grower $14,000 - $68,000 reducing pesticide use. Without GateKeeper With GateKeeper reduces pesticide use > 75% Annual whitefly pesticide cost $2,600 $650 Annual EdenShield product cost (1 entrance) - $930 Total crop protection spend $2,600 $1,580 Savings to grower $1,020 Additional pesticide spend & additional yield from GK due to tuta absoluta is excluded 14

Cannabis Legalization Presents Opportunities Legalization of the medical marijuana market expanding rapidly Strict regulations on pesticide use + tight product quality controls = EdenShield opportunity Already working with Israeli licensed growers & several US and Canadian crop protection distributors EPA bio-pesticide product registration initiated EdenShield Products Effective against the three most common insects that damage cannabis crops Whiteflies 2016 EdenShield 15

Investment Highlights Crop insecticides is a $14 billion growing market but is inefficient and unhealthy. Even with pesticide use, farmers lose 20% of their crops each year to insects. EdenShield has developed a patented plant-based alternative to chemical pesticides that is eco-friendly and highly effective. Trials demonstrate nearly 100% blockage of insects, and up to 90% reduction in insecticide use for targeted pests. Initial market traction and growing revenues in Israel and Europe. Annual repeat sales Additional market opportunities in Cannabis Experienced team 17
