Based on a modular design, the syringe is supplied in different sizes and, as a novelty, with staked needles including a safety device. Following our mission, all functions and parts needed for a specific drug application are integrated into one product. Product Portfolio SuperCapSyringes are available for vials with a 13 mm or 20 mm collar. Syringe sizes range from 1 ml to 10 ml whereby 3 ml represents the standard. They are available as luer lock or staked needle solutions. Needles gauges are from 31G to 22G and in lengths ranging from ½ to 1.5. Thanks to the modular design the SuperCapSyringe can be adapted to your specific needs. Packaging The SuperCapSyringe is packed in a blister and sterilized. A packaging solution with your drug included is available. Applications The mixture of two or more liquids prior to the administration / injection is a rather tedious procedure. The SuperCapSyringe variant for the mixing of two or more liquids in a completely closed handling offers an excellent, safe and compact solution. 3 fully automated reconstitution of lyophilised drugs Our Reconstyringe product family is first in offering a fully automated reconstitution of lyophilised drugs. The drug is contained in a vial, the solvent in our MiniBagSystem. Like a Swiss watch, it runs through the full reconstitution cycle. Finally, the drug is drawn into the SuperCapSyringe for injection. Following our mission, all functions and parts needed for reconstitution of a specific drug and the application are integrated into one product. 4 ready to use micro infusion system DRUGDELIVERYSYSTEMS of Weibel CDS AG are ready to use, no longer requiring the patient having to transfer the drug into the system. A unique pump system as well as an automatic needle insertion for s.c. infusions makes the life of patients safer and easier. Thanks to a disposable and a re-usable unit the economic footprint is much smaller as drive unit, controller and batteries are reused and not discarded once the infusion is completed. Cartridge based DRUGDELIVERYSYSTEM This system is designed to accept standard 3 ml insulin cartridges of all insulin manufacturers. Barely larger than the cartridge itself (Figure 1), the system is extremely small yet still incorporates all functions including a unique pump system, a needle insertion system, a battery, a drive and an electronic control unit. The pump system is extremely powerful to overcome the break loose forces and a smooth gliding of the rubber stopper during injection. The automatic needle insertion system includes a soft cannula and the steel needle is permanently withdrawn. MiniBagSystems based DRUGDELIVERYSYSTEM MiniBagSystems of Weibel CDS AG are a revolutionary concept providing a platform for various drug delivery systems. Size is a big advantage of MiniBagSystems as they remain flat even for versions holding up to 30ml. MiniBagSystems are designed with a unique port to enable filling and discharging limiting the overdosing to an absolute minimum. Multilayer foils have been chosen as base material to provide lowest levels of gas and water vapour permeability close to glass. Long term stability studies with protein based drugs have shown results of over 1.5 years and still ongoing. Application oriented Our DRUGDELIVERYSYSTEM can be adapted to your specific needs. This includes the administration of drugs requiring mixing of two liquids with our double bag concept. The unique pump concept allows for highest, unequalled dosing.

5 ready to fill test system The Squeezer is based on the MiniBagSystem concept enabling fast and easy stability and preclinical testing of drugs in combination with the various materials available. The material in contact with the drug is usually COC. Squeezer plates guarantee reproducible delivery of the content. MiniBagSystem Sterilisation The Squeezer is gamma sterilized and ready to fill. Test System Test Systems are equipped with a slip seal closure with Luer connection for ease of use in labs or application tests. The seal slip is re-closable allowing extracting portions of the content for repeated testing. Drug Applicator System The Squeezer may also be used as drug applicator system for different use offering a vast flexibility for injectables and also gels, ointments. Via the Luer connection needles or other auxiliaries can be attached for proper administration.

6 benchtop filling station 6 position roundtable filling station built for MiniBagSystems with integrated closure. The capacity at approx. 10s / cycle is up to 2 Mio fillings per annum. Depending on the fill media the pump can be chosen freely e.g. time pressure or peristaltic pumps. This station is ideally suited to fill small batches in a laboratory or production environment.
