5 Instructions to assess IVLE courses (1) Log on to (2) Go to others tab on top of the log-on screen. (3) Select corporate courses. (4) Click Yes to sign up relevant courses. (5) You will be re-directed to the main page (workspace) (6) Click on the relevant module code (eg OSHBIO08) to start the module. (7) On the left panel, go to files to access the reading materials; go to multimedia to access the webcast (if available). (8) After going through the course materials/webcast, go to assessment to start the test. (9) After completing the test, go back to the main page (workspace); select my usage on the top panel. (10) Click on the module code. (11) Click on the module name under assessment (eg Biological Safety) (12) Click on the eye icon under view. (13) Screenshot the page with your name, score, date, module code and send to your safety lead. Instructions to assess OHR courses (1) Log on to staff portal (2) On the eservices panel on the left, select In-house training For staff (3) After entering the In-house training portal, on the right, select Browse Catalog Safety & End-User Training Courses Safety and Health (4) Select the course that you would like to attend (eg Fire Safety Education) (5) Sign up for the course.
