6 Sterilization cycle Process 1 Heating Stage: Sufficient temperature is reached at this stage ( C ). 8 PlazSter Plasma Occurance: To reinforce the power of sterilant, PlazSter Plasma occurs and reaching any edge of the materials fulfilled. 2 Leakage Test Stage: After reaching the adequate vacuum degree, chamber is tested for any leakage failure. 9 Aeration Stage: System gets ready for the second sterilization process. 3 Aeration Stage: Before introducing H2O2 sterilant, air inside of the chamber is taken. 10 Second Sterilization Stage: Vaporized H2O2 sterilant is being taken into chamber and penetration launches. 4 PlazSter Plasma Occurance: Optional Front Plasma aims to dry moistured products. 11 PlazSter Plasma Occurance: To reinforce the power of sterilant, PlazSter Plasma occurs and reaching any edge of the materials fulfilled. 5 Vaporizing H2O2: Sterilant is being taken to vaporize. 12 Aeration Stage: Final aeration to get rid of any moisture inside. 6 Introducing H2O2: Sterilization is being initated. 13 Sterilization Completed. 7 Sterilization Phase: Sterilant penetrates to the materials Directive and Standard PlazSter has been developed according to the following international standards and directives (partial list): ISO 9001:2008 ISO 13485:2003 ISO EN :2005 EN :2006/AC:2010 Medical Device Directive 93/42/EC CE Medical Device Mark 2292

7 Be sure that your instrument been 100% penetrated Chemical Indicators Chemical indicators are to be used in each packed item, to make sure the sterilization has been performed and that the peroxide was in contact with the loaded packages. Biological Indicators Biological indicators show sterilization to see, if the sterilizer has terminated the micro-organisms. This is mostly used according to requirements from user policy and require an incubator to see the termination of micro-organisms.
