As it is beyond the scope of this booklet to cover each and every aspect of an Industry, we have endeavored to cover the separate activities within an Industry into a set of very broad groupings. Against each listing there appear two figures. The figures on the left and the right. These figures represent quantities in ml of Aspen Aromas products to be used per Kg. of the Ready for Processing mix or the finished, ready to serve materials. Our products are listed in alphabetical order. The figure on the left gives the minimum quantity to be used for a distinctly perceptible flavour and taste. For people with finer olfactory perception, quantities much smaller than those recommended may be used. The figure on the right indicates the maximum quantity usable in any preparation since, flavour and taste perception reach the saturation point at this concentration. Generally quantity much less than this figure should be used. As tastes vary over a wide range, individually, country-wise and region-wise, ultimately it is the ingenuity, artistry and skill of the Individual User that would bring out the best in the products offered by Aspen Aromas using the minimum quantity of any flavour.
