2 The ANANAS are a unique kind of buffer-soluble colloidal (120 nm) polyavidin nanoparticles, obtained through a process of natural selfassembly which guarantees high composition and performance reproducibility. Systems for high sensitivity immunodetection The ANANAS technology provides powerful amplification tools for laboratory diagnostics and detection, which lead to higher sensitivity than any other avidin-based reagent. With the ANANAS technology you can boost your laboratory performance without the need for investments in new instrumentation. The ANANAS reagents can be used for detecting any biotinylated molecule (protein, DNA ) according to customer needs. ANANAS Nanotech also provides reagents and kits for high sensitivity secondary detection (Human, Mouse, Rabbit, and Goat IgGs) using Color, Fluorescent and Chemiluminescent signals, integrable in most immunodiagnostic platforms (e.g. ELISA, Western Blot, microarrays ).

3 ELISA assay for the detection of a disease-related marker, performed with an IgG-HRP conjugate or the ANANAS reagents for secondary detection. In ELISA; the ANANAS technology provides fold signal enhancement over standard technology. Western-Blotting for protein detection: the ANANAS technology allows a better detection of targets than conventional antibodyhrp conjugates.
