15 San Diego Municipal ode (5-2016) hapter 15: Planned Districts 7 These districts include properties that may be within state tidelands or under the ownership of the United States government, ounty of San Diego, or Port of San Diego. Lands west of the mean high tide line are under the jurisdiction of the Port of San Diego, and this Table is for planning purposes only. Lands owned by the United States are regulated by the federal government and may be subject to development agreement(s) executed with the ity of San Diego. Lands owned by the ounty of San Diego are regulated by the ounty of San Diego and the alifornia oastal ommission, except for private development which is also subject to the entre ity Planned District Ordinance. 8 Structured parking facilities incorporated into a development as an accessory use shall be permitted by right and do not require a onditional Use Permit. 9 ducational facilities and cultural institutions are not permitted within the Airport Approach Zone as delineated in the Airport Land Use ompatibility Plan for the San Diego International Airport. 10 All uses listed in Table A as a Limited Use, permitted with a Neighborhood Use Permit, or permitted with a onditional Use Permit may only be permitted within a mixed-use development containing a public safety facility. 11 Sidewalk cafes permitted pursuant to Section may reduce the continuous pavement walkway clearance to a minimum of four feet when the face-of-curb to property line distance is twelve feet or less. 12 Not permitted in the N Zone in the Little Italy Neighborhood of the Downtown ommunity Plan Area. h.
