3 Interim Ridgeway Support Prepreg Sales: - For imported HSD prepreg support. Adding a Rosenthal sheeter, installation complete by 2/1/2019 Adding a new vacuum bagger, installation complete by 2/1/2019 Ridgeway's current volume is 28,000 panels per day representing 72% utilization. Transferring Chandler's current panel volume of 12,000 panels per day will increase utilization by 85%. With the above additions Ridgeway's new volume will be 40,000 panels per day. Laminate Fabrication: Activate a currently idle robust slitter and packing line Adding a 3rd shift to robust cutting and inspecting line Increase packing from 2 shifts to 3 shifts Adding two shifts on the specialty finishing line total addition of 17,000 panels per week Staffing: Direct labor increase of 11 people, 8 of which are transferring from the Chandler facility Adding additional scheduler and incoming receiving 3

5 Key Service and Support Information The following information pertains to the temporary interim period, defined as the time between the exit from the Chandler plant to the start up of the new QTA facility, planned for May 2019 to March Master laminate sheets and panels as well as master prepreg roll inventory will be in place at the Ridgeway plant during the temporary interim period. Inventory will include: Tachyon 100G, I-speed, I- Tera MT40, FR408HR, Astra MT77, I-Tera MT40 RF. Additional investment in inventory $1M+ Tachyon 100G, I-Speed, I-Tera MT40 and FR408HR will be supported with QTA lead times from Taiwan for non-inventory items. Astra MT77 and I-Tera MT40 RF product will be supported from Germany for non-inventory items. Lead time schedule is defined on the following slides. Communication resources will be available during normal business hours in all North American time zones. This includes support from Ridgeway and our Asia Plants. Direct order entry into our Asian plants will speed up response time to 6 hours vs. the normal 48 hours. 5
