8 Annexure II Terms & Conditions 1. Discount: The supplier shall provide Discount on the company s printed price list as indicated in annexure-i. 2. Validity: The rate contract shall remain valid up to 31 March Delivery FOR destination unless otherwise indicated in annexure-i 4. Taxes Taxes as applicable and in force on the date of supply shall be entertained. Relaxation of sales tax / excise duty as applicable to institutions of training / research shall also be given to the SKUAST-J. 5. Payments Payments of the bills (100%) shall be made only after verification of the supplies received as per make / specification ordered for by the verification committee constituted for the purpose and observing all other codal formalities.
