Final data are from SF The Nutrition Program for the Elderly (NPE) was transferred to the Agency on Aging (DHHS) in FY 2003 and renamed the Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP). FNS operations are limited to commodity donation. 5. Nutrition family assistance grants in lieu of SNAP are provided to Puerto Rico ($1,919.6 million in FY2018 and $1,923.5 million under the CR (Continuing Resolution) for FY2019, the Northern Marianas ($12.1 million in FY2018 and $12.1 million under the CR for FY2019), and American Samoa ($7.7 million in FY2018 and $7.7 million under the CR for FY2019). American Samoa and the Northern Marianas also receive grants in lieu of Child Nutrition programs (American Samoa: $18.2 million in FY2018 and $19.2 million under the CR for FY2019); Northern Marianas: $14.4 million in and $15.4 million under the CR for FY2019). CN Block Grant outlays/unliquidated obligations are reported quarterly on the SF-425.
