8 SOLAR POWER SOLUTION SOLAR POWER PLANTS With strong product line and Solu ons, Critech Power Pvt. Ltd. has built a great team for designing and installa on of Solar PV Power Plants. We have experience in Both ON Grid and Off Grid setups. In off Grid setups, we have install power plants ranging from 1 KW to 150 MW... Major usage of PV power plants is found in Power requirement of industries and commercial setups. Common Ligh ng of Socie es and Buildings / Club House / Parking Area / Corporate Companies. Power requirement of individual houses. All products used are sourced from one of the reputed manufacturers whose products are MNRE approved, which ensures best of product quality and life. SOLAR WATER PUMP A solar photovoltaic (SPV) water pumping system can be installed on a bore well, open well, water reservoir, water stream, etc. It consists of PV array, a DC or AC surface mounted or submersible or floa ng motor pump set, electronic/electrical control system, interconnect cables and an On Off switch. Electronic/electrical control system normally includes Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT), Inverter and Controls/Protec ons. COMPONENTS OF SOLAR PUMPING SYSTEM: PV ARRAY The SPV water pumping system is operated with a PV array of capacity in the range of 200 Wa s peak to 5000 Wa s peak at STC. Preferred module technology is mono / mul crystalline silicon solar cells as per IEC specifica ons or equivalent and with IEC Part I and II safety qualifica on standards. The efficiency of these PV modules is around 14% and fill factor more than 70%. Motor Pump Set could be either D.C. Motor Pump Set (with Brushes or Brush less D.C.) or A.C. Induc on Motor Pump Set with a suitable Inverter. Capacity of motor is in the range of 0.2 HP to 10 HP. Pumping systems could be one of the following types: Surface mounted motor pump set Submersible motor pump set Floa ng motor pump set If the level of water in the reservoir or the water source from which the water is to be pumped, is within 10 metres depth, Surface Motor Pump sets are preferred. 6

We offer variety and innovation in application of solar energy for CCTV systems and solar powered electric fencing. These are very useful where continuous electricity is not available. We have excellent cameras; DVR s fencing suitable for specific site requirements. Solar powered electric fencing ensures that intruders are kept away. It is based on the principle of DETER, DENY, DELAY and DETECT; being dependable to with very low running cost. 7
