Factory inspection 工厂检查的主要内容 : -- Storage 仓库 -- Laboratory equipment 实验室设备 -- Pre-treatment 前处理 -- Finished products and test panels 成品和试片 -- Registers 内控登记册 2. Sample test at the specified Qualicoat Lab. (AASS, Machu test, Wet adhesion) 在 QUALICOAT 认可的实验室测试 ( 乙酸盐雾试验, 马丘试验, 湿附着力 )

31 Different rule for Class 3 powder 3 类粉的特别规定 -- The accelerated weathering test is cancelled for Class 3. from ,but positive result of 3 years Florida outdoor exposure is required to get the first certificate 从 开始三类粉末认证无需进行加速老化测试, 通过 3 年的佛罗里达暴晒测试后发证 -- After 3 years Florida outdoor exposure, the loss of gloss should be lower than 20%, the Colour change according to ΔE values in the table in Appendix A7, no more than 50% of the limits prescribed in table A7. 3 年自然暴晒以后保光率达到 80%, 色差不超过表 A7 规定值的 50% 才能获得 Qualicoat 证书 years Florida outdoor exposure is the final request of class 3 powders. 3 类粉需要在佛罗里达曝晒 10 年

32 Renewal of the Powder systems 粉末系统的复审 -- Every 5 years the factory inspection 每 5 年复审一次工厂 -- Every year renewal test of the specified colors by the powder working group. at the specified Qualicoat Lab. 每年按粉末工作组规定的颜色, 在 QUALICOAT 认可的实验室做测试并送至佛罗里达进行曝晒 -- If the renewal color is failed in the Florida test, the color will be banned. If there s 2 RAL families or 4 non metallic colors are banned, the approval will be cancelled. 如果复审的颜色曝晒测试不合格, 这个颜色将被禁止 如果 4 个或以上非金属色被禁止, 或达到 2 个的色系被禁止 (2 类粉 ), 这个系统的证书会被取消

33 Application of alternative pre-treatment system 可选前处理的证书申请 1. Factory inspection 工厂检查 -- Laboratory equipment 实验室设备 -- Process technical information 工艺技术参数和要求 -- Data sheet 产品说明书 --The analysis method of the conversion layer 转化膜的分析方法 2. Prepare the sample together with the specified Qualicoat Lab. for the tests. 跟 QUALICOAT 认可的实验室一起准备样板并做测试

34 Application of alternative pre-treatment system 可选前处理的证书申请 Chemical supplier should have the following testing equipment 化学品生产商主要产地的实验室需要具备以下仪器 : -- Analytical instruments for testing the quality of the conversion coating 转化膜质量分析的仪器 -- Cutting tools 测试附着力的百格刀 -- Cupping tester, bend test, Impact tester 杯突仪, 弯曲仪, 冲击仪 -- Constant condensation 恒温冷凝水 -- SO2 耐二氧化硫 -- AASS 乙酸盐雾测试 -- Pressure cooker 压力锅 -- Filiform corrosion test 丝状腐蚀测试 If the factory doesn t have those equipment, the record of test at the Qualicoat specified Lab. need to be provided. 如果工厂没有这些测试设备, 需要提供在 Qualicoat 认可的实验室的测试记录

35 Prepare sample and send to 2 approved Lab. for test. The sample will be coated with class 1 C or 9007,class 2, C1 9010,Class 3 if required Testing acc. 36 Renewal of the Alternative Pre-treatment Systems 可选前处理系统的复审 -- Every 3 years repeat the tests and factory inspection,if 3 times positive result, the renewal will be every 5 years. 每 3 年复测和工厂复审一次, 连续 3 次合格改成每 5 年复审
