4 Staining Module The staining module creates an optimized environment for the automated preparation of IHC, ISH, and FITC slides. The reagent carousel holds up to 35 ready-to-use reagent dispensers, each individually bar-coded to save time and avoid errors associated with manual data entry. XT throughput 30 slides per run, up to 60 slides in 6 hours, up to 30 additional slides overnight. The benchmark of quality The precisely controlled and kinetically optimized reaction environment of the BenchMark staining module speeds slide turnaround time and enhances staining consistency and reproducibility for IHC, ISH, and FITC applications. Fluidics Module Seven bottles provide on-board bulk fluid capacity for up to 90 slides. Bottle sensors monitor fluid Liquid Coverslip levels. Front panel access allows convenient replacement and service. Slide-Specific Label Air Vortex Mixing Waste Module Level-sensing containers provide walk-away capacity for up to 90 slides. ThermoFlex Pad Slide-Specific Label provides automatic programming, patient and case identification. Air Vortex Mixing blends the aqueous layer under the Liquid Coverslip, mixing reagents and ensuring uniform reaction kinetics across the entire surface of the slide. Liquid Coverslip creates a reaction chamber on the surface of each slide controlling evaporation and protecting tissue integrity. ThermoFlex Pad 30 unique slide heaters provide highly precise, individual slide heating for synchronized IHC, ISH, and FITC protocols
