7 Production Since 1997, TST Medical Devices is one of Turkey s leading manufacturers of orthopedic products used for patient care throughout Turkey and over 25 countries worldwide. TST keeps growing continiuously with multi-skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians to improve the performance of production process. On-going investment in people, training and technology has enabled us to provide an increasing range of surgeon-friendly and competitively but affordable priced orthopedic products. From a manufacturing perspective the company has invested extensively in specialized machines and equipments to increase the production capacity in high quality in order to make the delivery on time. Our facilities Marking accepted as a key indicator of product compliance with European Union under the title of health, safety, environmental protection directives and regulations. TST keeps working with Mark granted by Mayer. Medical device quality is assured by the use of Quality Management Systems practice which is audited on a regular basis to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO Machinery such as CNCs, CRM controlling units, 3D modelling, maintenance workshop and Class 1000 clean room facility. Warehouse TST has 500 m2 facility operated by skilled workers in Istanbul near to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The location is ideal as a distribution point for mainland Turkey and also for export shipments. We operate with a direct sales force with dedicated distributors in Turkey and worldwide. Product Sterilization Medical cleanrooms should have established protocols for processing medical devices.
