2 MagListo 5M Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit / MagListo Magnetic Separation Rack MagListo Magnetic Separation Rack Extraction Innovation from BIONEER MagListo is a novel and innovative extraction tool that combines a separation rack and selected reagent kits for nucleic acid extraction or protein purification using magnetic nanobeads. Since the device utilizes a magnetic method; extraction and purification are performed faster and easier when compared to columnbased methods. 4 Total RNA Extraction MagListo 5M Cell Total RNA Extraction Kit is designed to extract total RNA from various cell types using magnetic nanobeads. The kit uses components other than organic solvents and is suitable for high quality RNA extraction utilizing RNase-free reagents. Since the kit does not require spin columns, the desired scale of extraction; mini, midi or maxi can be selected by the user. 5 Plasmid DNA Extraction MagListo 5M Plasmid Extraction Kit is used to extract plasmid DNA from cultured bacteria. With silica magnetic nanobeads and optimized reagents, this kit is designed to obtain highly concentrated and purified plasmid DNA. This kit combines Birnboim s alkaline lysis method and Bioneer s proprietary technology for the removal of cell debris and proteins, and produces clear lysate by conveniently removing insoluble complexes bound on magnetic particles in the buffer. 7 Fragment DNA Extraction MagListo 5M Gel Extraction Kit with MagListo Magnetic Separation Rack is used to quickly and easily extract target DNA fragments from TAE & TBE agarose gels. The ph indicator included in the Gel Solubilization Buffer of the kit enables easy optimization for binding conditions. MagListo 5M PCR Purification Kit is suitable for obtaining high purity DNA fragments from PCR product or other DNA product from enzymatic reactions including restriction enzyme reactions, A-tailing reactions and labeling reactions. Using the MagListo Magnetic Separation Rack along with the kit, high quality DNA fragments are purified much faster and easier when compared to that of column methods and excludes various impurities such as dimer, salts, dntps, enzymes, mineral oil, dye or detergent.
