2 WHAT IS A-PRP Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma Plasma contains many factors essential for cell survival including nutrients, vitamins, hormones, electrolytes and proteins. Among the plasma proteins, there are the essential molecules for the coagulation process and generation of the fibrin polymer that will serve as a scaffold for cell migration, differentiation and proliferation. Platelets the essential growth factors FGF, PDGF, TGF-ß, EGF, VEGF, IGF which are involved in stem cell migration, differentiation and proliferation, and stimulation of cells such as fibroblasts and endothelial cells, to induce new extracellular matrix deposition and neo-vascularisation. MECHANISM OF ACTION 1. Formation of tridimensional fibrin network. 2. Release of chemo-attractants by leukocytes and platelets present in the network. 4. Stem cell proliferation. 5. Stem cell differentiation into different cell types needed for tissue restoration. 3. Migration of macrophages and stem cells. 3 RegenACR Kit RegenACR Kit cell separator gel facilitates the easy, rapid and consistent preparation, from a small volume of blood, of A-PRP with optimal platelet concentration and viability. RegenACR is available in the form of procedure Kit comprising all the necessary components for A-PRP preparation and application. CLOSED SYSTEM RegenACR Kit A-PRP does not present safety concerns and preparation with RegenACR Kit is carried out in a closed system in a single step thereby guaranteeing sterility. *BCT stands for Blood Cell Therapy; Vol. = 8ml.
