9 LISS AND BUFFER SOLUTIONS ReaSol 200 ml Buffered, stabilized, isotonic solution to dilute and preserve RBC-s Physiological Buffer Solution (PBS) 3000 ml Isotonic solution used as a wash buffer or dilution medium for blood cells. Non-sterile, for IVD application only! Available in 3000 ml and 5000 ml can AGGI-LISS (additive LISS) 15 ml Low ionic strength solution used in blood group serology to increase the sensitivity of RBC-s and to shorten reaction time. Few years later, as a result of a continuous and intensive research program, REAGENS Ltd. developed its own technology for preserving red blood cells for blood serology tests.
