Complete and ready to assemble pre-packaged BioBundle fermentation system includes everything you need for a wide range of applications. The 3 liter BioBundle system is made of the finest materials available and built according to GMP standards. All materials in contact with the medium are constructed of 316L stainless steel, EPDM, silicone rubber, PTFE or borosilicate glass. Each BioBundle system component is thoroughly tested and evaluated based on many years of successful usage. The 7 liter dished bottom fermentor is ideal for microbial, yeast and cell culture fermentation and suited for research applications such as: bacteria, fungi, yeast mammalian and plant cells algae scale up/scale down studies continuous cultures, perfusion systems etc. Due to the 5 liter working volume, this bioreactor can be used for small-scale experiments, which require a somewhat larger volume. The 19 headplate ports allows a wide variety of components to be installed in this bioreactor. This proves to be an important benefit for applications where the vessel configuration may often change. The dished bottom fermentor consumes little bench space. The vessel headplate is constructed of 316L stainless steel. The outer surface of the headplate is mirror polished. The internal surface of the headplate is mirror polished and then electropolished. The vessel body is made out of borosilicate glass and the headplate sealing o-ring is made of silicon rubber. The bioreactor is equipped with a tripod for support. The BioBundle shown here is upgraded with several Add-on packs
