5 Manufacturing technology Overview A lithographic technique to fabricate both micro-meter and nano-meter scale patterns. Fabricates patterns via the mechanical deformation of an imprint resist. The imprint resist is typically a polymer or monomer that can be cured via temperature and / or UV light.
