The Board has taken steps to implement new BMW Rules issued by MoEF & CC March, The Board is regularly monitorg the major hospitals and s the state of Andhra Pradesh by conductg surprise spections. 3. The non complyg hospitals were issued with show cause notices / directions for effective implementation Rules. 4. The Non- Complyg HCFs have been pursued and it is reported that the HCFs have obtaed Authorization/ Membership with durg the year The APPCB is pursug HCFs (>100 beds) to provide Effluent Treatment (ETP) the first phase. 6. In the state of Andhra Pradesh 11 s are operation caterg to 13 districts. 7. Veterary department of State Government is addressed to take action to dispose BMW as per Rules and obta authorisation.
