2 VitaTaq DNA Polymerase is a standard Taq DNA polymerase suitable for all common PCR applications like colonypcr, cloning applications, high-throughput PCR and routine PCR. This allows for reaction setup at room temperature and prevents non-specific amplification. The VitaTaq HS Multiplex Mix contains VitaTaq HotStart DNA Polymerase, dntps and additives to ensure specific and reliable amplification of multiple targets in one reaction.

3 VitaProof is a high-fidelity proofreading DNA polymerase that (additionally to the 5-3 polymerase activity) exhibits a 3 ->5 exonuclease activity. This feature allows the removal falsely incorporated nucleotides making VitaProof PCR Kit the ideal choice for applications that require an elevated level of fidelity in comparison to VitaTaq DNA polymerase. Mutation Rate: 1.3 x 10-6 VitaProof PCR Kit is also available as a convenient 2X mastermix formulation. Vita Long Range PCR Kit PROCOMCURE s Long Range PCR Kit offers an option for the amplification of targets up to 15 kb. 4 Quantitative PCR Probe-based VitaTaq HotStart DNA Polymerase is also available as a 2X mastermix formulation for probe-based qpcr. VitaTaq qpcr Probe Mix exhibits stable dye signal for all three channels even through long qpcr experiments (here: 60 cycles). Shown here is amplification data of a quantitation experiment with VitaTaq qpcr Probe Mix exhibiting a high level of linearity for all DNA dilution steps. One-Step qpcr Dye & Probe-based VitaScript One-Step qpcr Kit is a convenient one-step solution for the quantitative analysis of RNA. The 2X qpcr mastermix contains VitaTaq Hotstart DNA polymerase, dntps and a passive reference dye, all supplied in a reaction buffer optimized for selective amplification of target sequences. VitaScript Reverse Transcriptase is provided as a 50X solution. For the dye-based VitaScript One-Step qpcr Kit, SYBR Green is included to detect amplified target DNA. 5 cdna Synthesis VitaScript VitaScript cdna Synthesis Kit contains two optimized mixes for cdna synthesis: Enzyme Mix: contains VitaScript, a highly efficient reverse transcriptase and an RNase inhibitor to conserve the integrity of your template. 5X VS Reaction Buffer: contains dntps and an optimized buffer for cdna synthesis The two reagents provide a robust and efficient option for cdna synthesis. The kit also includes an anchored oligo-d(t)-primer mix, a random primer mix for different priming options and nuclease-free dh2o. Primers are included as a convenient 10X solution. Endpoint PCR with cdna from VitaScript First Strand cdna Synthesis Kit. A, B and C represent different target sequences of up to 1.5 kb. While the random primer is preferred when analyzing many short sequences, the anchored oligo-d(t) mix produces longer trancripts and includes the start of the sequence. For maximum template coverage, both mixes can be combined.
