6 A PROGRAM BASED ON ADVANCED ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND PROCEDURES: 1 ENABLES VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN DIGITAL FORMAT Upon car s delivery (for service, repair, maintenance,etc.), operator will ask customer for vehicle s documents and will provide for immediate scan; the form for personal data process consent will be displayed on tablet and digitally signed by client. 7

7 2 ENABLES CAR COLLECTION AND PAYMENT IN DIGITAL FORMAT Upon car s collection, in case of payment by cash, program will carry out the invoice/fiscal document dematerialization and display it on tablet. Customer will sign directly on electronic tablet. In case of payment by credit card, program will display the fiscal document reporting POS receipt in digital format. Customer will sign POS receipt on tablet and the signed copy, containing all transaction data, might be printed or forwarded in real time to customer by to his address. 8

20 ELECTRONIC STORAGE AND RESEARCH DOCUMENTS NP "Car Services Management" system, provides an additional software form for archiving replacement and consultation/automatic search of produced documents, including fiscal ones and those filed in hosting. Programme memorizes documents copies to be stored in a dedicated server hosting and generates a computer file which will be subject to signature and encryption procedures as per current electronic archive replacement rules. 21

22 ROLLING IMAGES This form allows you to view images and messages on the tablet. This sequence runs automatically when the tablet is on standby, that is when you are not performing the check-in or check-out operations. 23

24 SOFTWARE SECURITY All transactions will be stored in a log file, either the favorable than negative entries. Each operator will be able to log in to procedure just by entering his credentials. Safety of "NP" software is configurable within each module for operating in full compliance with the policy stated by purchaser.
