All equipment is monitored in five-minute intervals, and technicians respond 24/7 to all alerts and notifications from our monitoring system. Checks include disk space, free database space, network connectivity, service health, and more. In the event of hardware failure, Salsa Labs keeps cold spares on hand and has four-hour-guarantee service contracts for replacement of critical network infrastructure. In the event of a database outage, clients will not notice any delays because the backup system automatically continues with all activity. Data can be recovered from regular back ups.
