Office: IDBI Tower, WTC Complex, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai Notice for Prequalification Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for providing Sweeping, Cleaning & other incidental services at Bank s Premises at D.No /1&2,Chapel Road & Bank Quarters (A.C.Guards), Hyderabad IDBI Bank Ltd., a premier Banking institution having its Zonal Office at Chapel Road, Hyderabad proposes to invite Sealed applications from professional agencies for prequalification who are providing Sweeping, Cleaning and other incidental Services to Commercial Banks, Government/Public Sector/Private organizations of repute/large hotels, Commercial Complexes, autonomous bodies etc. The Bank has provided high quality interiors and the Vendor(s) should be experienced and have capability to maintain them. The scope of work would involve cleaning & wet mopping of floors, dusting of work stations, collecting and disposing of waste in municipal bins, cleaning of toilets & toilet fixtures, window glass (both from inside & outside), telephones, lifts, walls, stairs, carpets, sofas, chairs, pedestal fans, venetian blinds, polishing of brass items, removing of cobwebs from ceilings, removal of stagnant water from terrace and external drainage cleaning, open terrace cleaning etc. The work also includes engaging the services of personnel for other incidental work such as shifting/movement of files / documents / furniture / equipment etc. within and outside the bank s premises/quarters, attending pantry work etc. These services will be required on all days during the period of contract as per Bank s requirement. Vendors satisfying the eligibility criteria will only be allowed for participation in tender process. Vendors shall furnish details regarding their Company, Organization Chart, Date of Incorporation, Experience etc as indicated in the Annexure (I-VIII). 2 Eligibility Criteria 1 The Vendors should be a registered entity for providing services of skilled and unskilled nature having requisite license. 2 The Vendors should be experienced in providing Sweeping, Cleaning and other incidental services and should have been in existence for the last 7 years. 3 The vendor should have office in Telangana/Hyderabad and also providing the said Services like Sweeping, Cleaning and other incidental work (attending pantry related work, messenger activities within and outside office) in the state of Telangana. 4 During last 7 years ending on March 31, 2018, the vendor should have render the services towards Annual Maintenance Contracts for Facility Management Services Office/ Institutional building and commercial building works should have as under : One similar completed work for Office premises Built Up area not less than sq. ft Or Two similar completed works for Office premises Built Up area not less than sq. ft Or Three similar completed works for Office premises Built Up area not less than sq. ft. Similar works shall mean carrying out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Sweeping, Cleaning and other incidental works in Banks, financial institutions, major hotels, and multistoried office buildings etc 5 The applicant should have completed at least one work as described in (4) above for Govt PSU/ PSBs/ Semi Govt. etc. 6 The Annual Turnover of the firm / company, during last 3 financial years shall be at least Rs. 25 lakhs. 7 Profitable firm / company during last 3 financial years. 8 Satisfactory performance of work / completion certificates should be produced from two of their existing major clients with details of contact person, Telephone Nos., etc. 9 The vendors should ensure and confirm that they have the entire mandatory compliance certificates/ registrations/ license under various laws including central labour law and laws applicable for the state of Telangana where the Bank would assign them contract ie. Hyderabad.

3 10 Minimum wages payable to the personnel to be engaged shall be strictly as per Central Labour Laws Only. The Vendor should comply with various provisions of Contract Labour (R & A) Act 1970 and Central Rules 1971 and should enclose the copies of the following. 11 License from Labour Commissioner to employ contract labour under the Contract Labour Act. 12 Registration certificate under Employees Provident Act, with latest proof (challans to be attached) 13 Registration under Employees State Insurance Act, with latest proof (challans to be attached). 14 Latest Income tax clearance certificate and PAN Card of the Contractor to be enclosed 15 Service Tax registration with latest proof (challans to be attached). 16 Registration under Sales Tax Act/VAT. 17 Copies of audited Balance Sheets for the past 3 years. The vendors should have provided / providing similar services in offices of Commercial Banks, Private Banks, autonomous bodies, Government / Public Sector / Private organizations of repute / large hotels, Commercial Complexes etc. The Vendors shall have good name, standing and professional reputation for performing similar job/ assignment. In addition they should not have defaulted in providing similar services with IDBI Bank or any other establishments. The vendors should have proper tools & tackles for providing Sweeping, Cleaning and other incidental work at locations mentioned in the appendix. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons and to restrict the list to any number deemed suitable by it if too many applications are received satisfying the basic eligibility criteria.
