The Bread Finance application enables you to easily add a financing option to your Mozu payment options. Application Features Display financing option on product details page, within the shopping cart and within checkout Display potential monthly payment if the shopper uses financing on the product details page, within the shopping cart and within checkout Provide shoppers with even more accurate potential payment details when they register and authenticate with Bread Finance, which they can do directly within your site Style the Bread Finance button to your desire make it look and feel like your own personal financing option Securely connects Mozu to your existing Bread Finance account through the use of merchant ID and API credentials Transmits necessary order and shipping information between Mozu and Bread Finance Provides the flexibility the merchants desire with their order workflow management by providing the ability to: o Obtain authorization and capture payment on order placement as well as o Obtain authorization on order placement and allow for the capture of payment on order fulfilment or shipment within Mozu Can be enabled alongside any other payment providers or gateways, including PayPal Express, Pay with Amazon and Visa Checkout. 2 o Seamless integration Setup Overview The following steps are required before you can use Bread Finance within your site(s): 1. Install the Bread Finance Application on your tenant 2. Update your Mozu theme 3. Configure Bread Finance within the Mozu payment settings 4. Enable the application Install the Application Mozu requires that you contact your Mozu sales or professional services representative to install the Bread Finance application on your tenant i Note: If you create a new site within a tenant that already has the Bread Finance Application installed, you must reinstall the application to apply the payment configuration settings to the new site. Update Your Mozu Theme Tip: This section assumes you already have a general understanding of how to build, update, install and apply Mozu themes. Refer to the Theme Asset Management topic to learn more about working with themes. Installing and configuring the Bread Finance Application enables Bread Finance functionality within the Mozu Admin. However, you must still enable Bread Finance functionality on your storefront so that shoppers can utilize it. 1. Within Mozu Admin navigate to Main > Site Builder > Themes 2. Click the dots next to the new theme and select Apply. Configure the Application After the Bread Finance application is installed, you must configure your payment settings within Mozu Admin to connect Mozu with your Bread Finance account: i Note: If you create a new site within a tenant that already has the Bread Finance Application installed, you must reinstall the application to apply the payment configuration settings to the new site.

3 1. Within Mozu Admin navigate to System > Settings > Payment Types 2. Select Bread Finance from the tabular sub-menu to display the Bread Finance configuration fields: 3. Select the Bread Finance Environment you want to use: Select Sandbox to use Bread Finance sandbox environment for testing your Bread Finance integration. Select Production to use a working Bread Finance environment that processes payments. 4. Enter your API Key and Shared Secret for your Bread Finance merchant account Contact Bread Finance to obtain your API Key and Shared Secret 5. Select an Order Processing method: Authorize and Capture on Order Placement authorizes AND captures payment with the order is placed Authorize on Order Placement and Capture on Order Shipment authorizes a payment when an order is placed, but does not capture to that payment until you manually click the Capture button in the Orders segment within Mozu Admin. (Typically, you capture payment when you ship an order.) 6. Click Save to save your Bread Finance settings Enable the Application After configuration, enable the Bread Finance Application in Mozu to apply its functionality to your tenant: 1. Within Mozu Admin, navigate to System > Customization > Applications 2. Select Bread Finance Application 3. Click the Enable App button on the page

4 Use the Application After you have installed the application and merged the theme changes, the Bread Finance button appears on the product details page, cart and checkout page of your Mozu site. Bread Finance on Product Details Page With Bread Finance enabled, your shoppers see a Bread Finance button on the Product Details Page of your site. Complete the following steps to test the user experience: 1. Click the Bread Finance button to launch a modal window for Bread Finance. 2. Create an account or login to your Bread Finance account a. 8 3. Click Continue Shopping to return to Mozu Product Details Page and the Bread Finance details are updated with financing details specific to the shopper based on their selected payment period and APR provided by Bread.

13 Bread Finance on Checkout Page Within Order Summary With Bread Finance enabled, your shoppers see a Bread Finance button on the Checkout Page of your site within Order Summary. Complete the following steps to test the user experience: 1. Click the Bread Finance button to launch a modal window for Bread Finance. 2. Create an account or login to your Bread Finance account a. 17 3. Click Continue Shopping to return to Mozu Checkout Page and the Bread Finance details are updated with financing details specific to the shopper based on their selected payment period and APR provided by Bread.

18 Bread Finance on Checkout Page as Payment Method When a shopper chooses to Proceed to Checkout from the Cart page, they are are presented with payment options you have selected, which includes Bread Finance. Complete the following steps to test the user experience: 1. Click the Bread Finance button to launch a modal window for Bread Finance. 2. Create an account or login to your Bread Finance account a. 21 3. Select your Bread Finance payment terms.

22 4. Review your order and financing terms. Click Accept and Checkout to return to Mozu Checkout Page. Bread Finance terms are displayed as payment method and Order Summary is updated with Payment Terms.

24 5. Click Place Order to complete order. Payment Authorization and Capture Depending on your Order Processing method selection when you configured the application, when the shopper clicks Place Order the Mozu Checkout page, Mozu either only authorizes the order or authorizes the order AND captures the payment. i Note: Regardless of when you capture the payment, Mozu strongly recommends you always capture payment within Mozu. If you capture payment from your Bread Finance account, you must then handle any refunds or returns from Bread Finance, which can disrupt your Mozu order history.

25 The order appears in the Orders module within Mozu Admin. Note the following details from the Payments tab: Caption Description 1 Payment Method indicates payment type of Bread Finance 2 The Transaction History entry for payment authorization: 2a Status and Response Code represent the status of the payment 2b Authorization ID matches the Authorization ID within Bread Finance 3 The Reference ID for the transaction matches Reference ID within Bread Finance Returns If you return or credit payment within Mozu, the credit appears as Bread Finance Refund.
