2 OVERVIEW OF THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES MARKET IN INDIA The facility management services market in India will grow steadily and post a CAGR of more than 17% by The growth of the real estate and property management market is one of the primary growth factors for this market. The real estate sector is the second largest sector in terms of employment prospects and is one of the major contributors to the country's GDP. The increase in the construction of residential and commercial buildings including hotels, offices, shopping malls, and hospitals, in turn, impacting the facility management industry positively.
