How many such third party surveyors / agents would use and login to the mobile app for conducting surveys? This information would be required to propose the right number of client licenses. OR Please mention the total number of users logging into the mobile application including LIC Users and Third Party Users? the user number varies from time (may be 500 active at month end or at a particular time and upto 2000 passive user at each Phase) Hence We want a scalable app for unlimited users not a client licesed based app 2 12 Solution Component Middle ware There is no mention of integration points in the RFP. Please elaborate on the integration touch points for those systems. Currently on KASTLE in future it may need to integrate with Intarnet Portal

3 6 13 Data Translation and transformation Please elaborate on the data translation and transformation requirements in the project. Are you referring to data translation to multiple languages? BY data translation and transformation we refer to the security of flow of data from mobile app to the DB may be in form of encryption or any other form. Once this data reaches our DB the data must be decrytped and stored in format required by LICHFL. Are you referring to the monitoring dasboard of the activities/status/delays/escalations for all the three areas (Valuation, Collections & Field Investigation)? Please clarify Installation monitoring refers to system or report or some method by which the data about number of installations,upgrades and OS version of user must be made available to LICHFL In Property valuation the user can enter Scope for Property valuation (Phase 1) pictures of the asset asset in the background. valuation details Should the mobile application manage/store the pictures and any documents uploaded by the users? OR should these pictures and documents be uploaded to the LOS System? Yes Mobile app needs to manage and store pictures on a file server also the location details of this must be stored in DB which will communicate this with Kastle DB/Kastle system Scope for Property valuation (Phase 1) At disbursement maker/ checker validate the reports received view images (through hyper link) Will the maker/checker validate the report and images in the mobile application and then the relevant data is uploaded to Kastle? OR Will they validate the same in Kastle System? the validation will happen in Kastle system only.

5 12 15 Scope for Collection(Phase 2) Generate receipts If the user makes the Payment then a receipt should be generated In pdf form which will be sent to customer in on generation of receipt. Should the mobile application generate collection receipts and provide to LOS, and LOS would takecare of ing the receipts? OR Should the mobile application generate collection receipts and to the customer directly? Mobile app must generate receipt & mail it to the address provided by customer on the go also the details pertaining to the receipts must also be sent back to Kastle for further processing and future refernces Training Bidder should provide trainings to IT users For how many users training has to be provided? Will and help in rollout of training be at one single location? the application among the users. training will be at one location for maximum upto 10 users Installation of Appliaction The database used for the application will be Oracle Database only. Please mention the version of the Oracle database. Oracle 11g 15 5 A.2.1 Eligibility Criteria The bidder should have atleast mobility solutions for atleast 3 customer in the Banking and Finance industry and the application should be live at the time of submission of the bid. Also minimum of 15 enterprise app must be live on both IOS and Android platform We request LICHFL to clarify & explain enterprise apps in detail. We request LICHFL to consider minimum of 10 app to be live on any platform Apps developed for specific business processes, which are affecting the work performed by that organization, are refered to as enterpise mobile apps. We don t consider knowldege apps or fun and game apps as enterprise apps.also kindly specify the number of users pertaining to each app. ALSO the minium number of such apps required is reduced to 10 but this will also change the technical score marking.

6 16 6 A.2.2 Bid Security If it is found that the Bidder had made a statement which is factually incorrect / does not meet the eligibility criteria or is incomplete the will be rejected and bid security deposited by the bidder will be forfeited. We assume that bid security will only be forfeited in case bidder makes false statement or try to mislead the LICHFL during bid evaluation process. Please confirm. YES PART -B The application should be developed on an industry tested platform Is Vendor only required to suggest a Platform or Supply & Installation of Platform is also in Scope? Please clarify Vendor needs to specify and supply and install this only hardware will be Provided by LICHFL along with oracle 11g license.also please suggest aplatform for mobile app which will be compatible with mobile app currently under consideration. SO that in future if the platform is tobe procured minimum changes will be required to integrate the mobile app with the platform.

7 18 33 D.23 Performance Bank Guarantee D.24 Warranty & AMC The PBG will be applicable for the period of 3 years. After successful implementation and signoff, the bidder shall provide a minimum warranty of 1 year and 2 years of AMC support. On expiry of warranty period, the company (LICHFL) may enter into AMC contract for the further maintenance of the application. We assume that PBG should be applicable for the period of 1 year only as waranty period is of 1 year and 2 years of AMC support is subject to condition of AMC contract enforcement by LICHFL. Please confirm. PBG will be for 3 years it will cover the AMC period also.pbg will be 10 % of Producat + installation cost PART -E Detailed proposal mentioning the methodology adopted to implement the solution with respect to the scope mentioned.along with technical(hardware & Software) specification & requirements. Please clarify whether vendor only required to suggest Hardware & Software Specifications and LICHFL would procure or Supply & Installation of Hardware is also in Scope Hardware & oracle 11 g License will be provided by LICHFL. Vendors must suggest opensource & secured web application servers for deployment.

Also the producation and DR should be synced. 23 NA NA NA Is there any specific timeline for completion of the project? 4 to 6 weeks for Phase 1 & 3 months for entire project to go live A.3 Date Schedule of Various RFP related events : Last date for Submission of Bids. 16-Dec-2015 We request the bank to extend the date for bid submission to 30th Dec & We request to LICHFL to accept Bank guarantee on behalf of DD the BID submission date is extended till 21 dec BG in place of DD is not permitted Eligiblity criteria Turnover of the bidder should be Rs.2 Cr. each year for the last 3 years ( , , ) or the overall turnover of 8 crs is required Can the miumum overall turnover be reduced to 6 cr The overall turnover of 3 years is reduced to 6 crs instead of 8 crs

9 26 5 Eligiblity criteria The bidder should have atleast mobility solutions for atleast 3 customer in the Banking and Finance industry and the application should be live at the time of submission of the bid. We have developed applications for lot of government agencies like BPCL, PCRA, ICSI, AIIMS, Indian Navy, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and others. However, we do not have an application in the Banking and Finance Industry. We are quite confident of delivering the application for the banking industry as per the required specification. We request you to kindly relax this criteria. NO change scope The database used for the application will be Oracle Database only. RFP mentions that the Database should be only Oracle we have a database named as Tibero with is 100% alternative to Oracle DB and provides complete integration with other DBs so can that be used instead NO change
