The program is fast and easy to use, and gives you a full overview. It has been our goal from the beginning to create the market s most complete administration software being able to handle any aspect of the facility management. First and foremost the graphical maps give you a unique overview of occupancy, and vacant berths are found within seconds. The program is also created to handle contract customers. All functions are backed by the user-friendly customer database with ultra-fast search facilities, and the cash register function makes it easy and quick to settle purchases. tallymanager handles any form of payment, payment of consumption, and access control, and it opens for the possibility of remote reading and control of outlets. The system can be supplemented by a self-service vending machine, and last but not least the program has optional advanced statistics and reporting. Fundamental for tallymanager is the user-friendliness and the uncomplicated operation, which saves time and money. Stability is ensured by use of the latest technology and the safety is at its peak with the built-in data back-up.

The Perfect Overview tallymanager gives the perfect overview with the graphical site map of the marina. Vacant berths are quickly found, and if the berth is occupied you can see for how long and by whom. The map is not static, but can be zoomed so all details get clearer, and if you want to assign a berth to someone, you just double click on the map! The graphical map can be zoomed, so that you can see everything in details. Timeline tallymanager gives a perfect overview of all booked berths on a timeline. You can very quickly form a general view of the present and future occupancy. At the same time you can see, directly on the screen, the possibility to shift vessels round if needed, and in that way clear a space for a booking of longer duration. The result is perfect, quick and professional customer service. With the tallymanager timeline, you keep the overview of the occupancy of the marina, and conflicts, if there are any, are easily discovered.

6 Cash Register Function tallymanager s built-in cash register function offers a variety of possibilities, which makes settlement quick and uncomplicated. In the cash register you can set up item groups, which can contain physical goods or services. Furthermore, the consumption of power and water can be settled, and if you have tallycard+ or tallybee remote reading the consumption can be transferred to the customer s account in the cash register. Of course the cash register works fine on a computer screen using mouse and keyboard, but tallymanager is also prepared for modern intuitive touch-screen, which makes the operation even easier and more user-friendly. The cash register of tallymanager is also part of the program, which keeps track of the posting and balance, and at the same time you get a general view of sales and cash flow. From a link on the marina s own homepage the customer is directed to a clear and easy booking page, where it is possible to book, and pay if needed, for his stay. Booking of Special Services A quite unique feature in tallymanager is the option for online booking (and prepayment) of special services, such as putting a boat in the water or taking it out. Paying with Credit Card The online booking feature in tallymanager offers the possibility of full or partial pre-payment with credit card. This prevents loss and strengthens liquidity in the months leading up to the beginning of the season. The payment is of course made on a secure and approved portal. Attention! The connection between the units is secured through use of state of the art radio technique, which makes the system 100 % reliable. tallymanager can offer remote reading of consumption via the tallybee system. It only takes a few seconds to read consumption, as data are automatically loaded into tallymanager. tallybee offers the option to turn power outlets ON and OFF with a single mouse click (requires outlets with relays). Data within the system are saved on the cards, as well as the card reader and via the wireless connection also on the computer in the office. At the same time the machine can take harbour fee and issue receipt, perhaps in form of a label to stick to the rail of the boat. If the guest needs more money on the card during his stay, this can be done by the machine at any time.
