HIERARCHY Can the dashboard be set up based on hierarchy? The entire application is based on a user s assigned access, from a global level all the way down to a specific hierarchy level. For example, if a user has access to only a single hierarchy or single country, the entire tool will be set up to view only that scope of data. Security access to view only specific hierarchy units is planned for release in How are heirarchy trees defined? They are identified as either Global, Regional or National. Regional trees must be associated to a CWT Region and National trees are associated to the transaction issuing country. How does the hierarchy choice filter my data? If you select a national hierarchy tree then the data will only show the data from that country regardless of what is chosen in the geography filter. For example, if Canada (CA) Local Hierarchy is selected, then only transactions issued from Canada will appear regardless of what is selected in the geography panel. How is Line of Business defined? Line of Business allows you to segregate your different types of travel data. For example, you may separate your business, meetings & events and/or third-party travel. My line of business and/or hierarchy doesn t appear to be setup correctly. What do I do to get it corrected? Contact your support team to log a ticket, see pages 8 and 9 of this document, or click here. When filtering on hierarchy, can you select multiple hierarchy elements to filter on at the same time? 8 STANDARD & CUSTOM REPORTING (IQUERY & REPORT IQ) What are the definitions of the pre-defined date ranges listed in the IQuery filters? DATE OPTION RULE Prior Day run date - 1 Week to Date Monday to run date - 1 Most Recently Ended Week Monday - Sunday, ended Sunday prior to run date example: run Date = Monday, 11-Apr-16 data collection range = 04-Apr-16 to 10-Apr-16 Prior Week Monday - Sunday, ended 1 Sunday prior to run date example: run Date = Monday, 11-Apr-16 data collection range = 28-Mar-16 to 03-Apr-16 This is to accommodate for ARC close, so that the data included in the report is validated/corrected from an ARC reporting perspective (mostly relevant to US data) Current Month to Date run date - 1 Current Quarter to Date Fiscal run date - 1, based on client fiscal calendar Current Quarter to Date Standard run date - 1, based on standard Jan-Dec calendar Current Year to Date Fiscal run date - 1, based on client fiscal calendar Current Year to Date Standard run date - 1, based on standard Jan-Dec calendar Last 12 months thru Prior Day include data up through the previously ended day example: run Date = Monday, 18-Apr-16 data collection range = 17-Apr-15 to 17-Apr-16 Last 12 months thru Prior Sunday include data up through the most recent Sunday example: run Date = Wednesday, 20-Apr-16 data collection range = 20-Apr-15 to 17-Apr-16 8 CWT 2017 carlsonwagonlit.com

STANDARD & CUSTOM REPORTING (IQUERY & REPORT IQ) DATE OPTION RULE Last 12 months thru Prior Month include data up through the most recently ended month example: run Date = Tuesday, 10-May-16 data collection 01-Apr-15 to 30-Apr-16 Last 12 months thru Prior Qtr - Fiscal include data up through the most recently ended fiscal quarter example: client has fiscal calendar beginning in March run Date = 10-Jul-16 data collection 01-Jun-15 to 31-May-16 Last 12 months thru Prior Qtr - Standard include data up through the most recently ended quarter based on standard calendar, regardless of client fiscal calendar example: run Date (standard calendar) = 10-May-16 data collection 01-Apr-15 to 31-Mar-16 Prior Month (set as default) most recently ended month Prior Quarter Fiscal based on client fiscal calendar Prior Quarter Standard based on standard Jan-Dec calendar Prior Month YTD Fiscal based on client fiscal calendar Prior Month YTD Standard based on standard Jan-Dec calendar Next 3 Months run date +1 and the next 90 days only makes sense for expiration or travel dates 9 CWT 2017 carlsonwagonlit.com

STANDARD & CUSTOM REPORTING (IQUERY & REPORT IQ) Why do the figures in my IQuery export not appear correct? CWT AnalytIQs CSV exports are generated with decimal delimiters based on the localization/regional settings that are associated with the selected language in the Settings menu. For example, when a user has English selected as their language, the decimal separator in the raw CSV file generated by the system will be a period (.). When Spanish is selected as the language, the decimal separator in the raw CSV file generated by IQ will be a comma (,). When these CSV files are being opened in Excel, by default Excel will interpret the decimal separator in the CSV based on the Regional and Language settings of your computer. In other words, when your computer s Regional setting is EN-US, Excel will see the comma in the CSV generated by a user with Spanish as their CWT AnalytIQs language selection as a thousand separator, not as a decimal separator. The period in the CSV generated by a user with English as their CWT AnalytIQs language selection will be interpreted correctly. IQuery CSV exports that are generated in a language that corresponds to the user computer s Regional settings will reflect the appropriate decimal & thousand separators when opened automatically in Excel. Solution for users that have IQuery exports generated in a language that does not correspond to their computer s Regional settings: 1. First, download the IQuery CSV export, either via the online export option or via the encrypted link, but don t automatically open it in Excel, just save it to a folder on your computer. 2. Then, open Excel and navigate to the Data ribbon and start the Get external Text Data wizard. 3. Overwrite the default settings - Click Advanced - Change the decimal and thousand separator conforming the raw CSV data 10 CWT 2017 carlsonwagonlit.com

DATA How many years of historical data are available in CWT AnalytIQs? Post ticket data is available for a minimum of three years. Booking data from the mid-office Power Center (Aqua / Aqua lite) is available for any bookings made since August 13, How soon is data available in CWT AnalytIQs? Booking data is available near real-time (within 30 minutes of booking the reservation), provided it processes through our mid-office system, Power Center (AQUA or AQUA Lite). Booked data is available in the real-time bar, traveler tracking, Real-time Data catalog and pre-defined query templates in IQuery. All other IQuery catalogs, Report IQ standard reports, Program IQ and Route IQ are based on post-ticket, back-office data. Depending on the country, post-ticket data will be available on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Are there any countries that will not have their data available near real-time? Yes, data from the following countries is currently not available via the Real Time Data catalog or pre-defined query templates, due to complexities with capturing the correct booked fare information Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia & Malaysia. While we are working to resolve those complexities, individuals can use the Safety & Security IQ feature to retrieve this same type of data set without the fare information. Japan and South Korea also do not currently process through the mid-office of Power Center (Aqua/Aqua Lite) so the bookings from these countries are not yet available near real time in any of the CWT AnalytIQs features. Why don t the figures in the real-time bar match the Program IQ? The real-time bar figures are always year-to-date (YTD) through now and near real-time, while Program IQ includes data through the end of the most recent ended month. 12 CWT 2017 carlsonwagonlit.com

DATA In some instances, my YTD spend and average ticket price do not appear to be accurate in the real-time bar. Why? In a very small % of cases, there may be some discrepancies in pre-ticket data being collected by CWT AnalytIQs for tickets issued in Asia. This occurs due to some airlines requiring CWT to store the gross fare data at time of booking instead of the actual fare being paid by the traveller at time of ticketing. This may affect the results shown in the Real time bar YTD Spend and Average Ticket Price which both include pre and post ticket data. This is a known issue and CWT is working both internally and with airlines to quickly resolve this. For more information, please contact your program or account manager. Does CWT AnalytIQs report on passive segments (GK and HK) segments? All segments captured in the GDS and/or back-office systems, whether passive or active, will be available in CWT AnalytIQs.
