1 PROFILE I have over twenty years of substantial background in IT, Finance and Human Resource with team leadership, business proposals and development, fit-gap analysis, functional design, release and test plans, and production support. My skills have been gained through working with built in and in-house ERPs including implementation and setup of different application modules. Worked as an Oracle business analyst to provide Oracle best practice with regards to Oracle HCM and Financials. Language and software: Oracle Application E-Business R12 Analyzed client business requirements by collecting different departments and locations requirements, then preparing Requirement Definition (RD) and Business Requirement (BR) documents for fit/ gap analysis. Initiated several meetings with VPs and managers where alternate business solutions presented. Worked as an Oracle consultant to provide Oracle applications best practices. Analyzed client application data requirement then designed and implemented a security structure for Bank Accounts, AP Invoices and Expenses regarding client organization hierarchy by partitioning data based on chart of account segments in a parent child approach using VPD. Design and implemented a critical extension for client business to transfer and distribute Payroll calculated fringe benefits to Projects module in order to reconcile Projects and Payroll transactions for specific balancing segments and also have SNC business ability to accurate billing to customers. Setup Bill Presentment module, part of Account Receivables (AR) in order to prepare customer billing invoices with regards to Projects expenditures. Implemented custom Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules to meet client requirements for their costing and billing transactions. Provided solutions in order to create the new program and scripts to perform data and metadata cleanup.
