For example, I now only need advice when it comes to really complex measuring tasks. For standard requirements or when spare parts are needed, I use the Applicator to find the right devices. For additional important information and to order directly, I use the Online Shop. To manage the measuring technology incorporated in the system, I simply use the W@M Enterprise maintenance database.
