The Concessionaire, 95 Express Lanes LLC, has procured a Design-Build team with Lane Construction as the Prime Contractor. AECOM is the lead design firm for the project. $350 million construction project DBE Goal Percentage: 10% SWaM Goal Percentage: 19% 24

25 Megaprojects Engineering Support Services Contract Engineering support services (ESS) to assist in design and construction management of large scale projects in the Northern Virginia District, including the Dulles Corridor Metro Rail, Phase I and Phase II projects, and any other large scale project in the Northern Virginia District.
