He is responsible for building a scalable customer success organization that drives customer lifetime value through operations. Prior to Pinterest, he was the Director of Customer Success for the advertising business at Google. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and has held various senior leadership roles in most key operating areas, including Business Operations, Account Management, Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering as well as Consulting positions. He as a proven track record of delivery including the 3 year, $250m re engineering program in Spark, New Zealand s largest Telecommunications Service Provider, this programme not only fundamentally transformed the IT systems, improved business and service operations but also laid the foundation for the current digital transformation within Spark. In addition to being responsible for IT delivery in Spark, Kallol has also been given the role to lead on data and automation initiatives to enable spark to become a digital services business, a critical component to Sparks strategy. Kallol has led teams through organization change to move them into agile and dev/ops ways of working and prior Spark, Kallol worked in IBM, had extensive international experience in consulting, sales and delivery of large IT transformation programs in very complex business environments. GARY O BRIEN BNP PARIBAS HEAD OF PRODUCT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT Gary has worked for BNP Paribas for over 13 years in Australia and Hong Kong. The first 6 years were in operational roles dealing with day to day processing tasks. Since then, Gary has spent time working on transformational projects; including setting up a bank branch of BNP Paribas Securities Services in Australia and helping to grow their business across the investment spectrum. Gary recently relocated to Hong Kong to take up a new role as Head of Clearing and Custody Product for Asia Pacific with the responsibility of ensuring global best practice is implemented across BNP Paribas locations within the region and products are developed and enhanced with BNP Paribas clients interests at the forefront of the solutions.

Security Code CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation policies apply to all Konnect Learning events. Whilst Konnect Learning is sympathetic to the inevitability of changing circumstances, Konnect Learning incurs costs for each cancelled registration. It is for this reason that the following cancellation policies are non-negotiable: If a registration is cancelled more than 21 working days before the date of a scheduled event, the fee of that registration will be refunded, minus a $300 processing fee; If a registration is cancelled between 21 and 7 working days before the date of a scheduled event, the registered participant will receive a redeemable credit note that can be used to attend another of Konnect Learning s events (subject to availability of venues); If a registration is cancelled less than 7 working days before the date of a scheduled event, Konnect Learning is unable to issue a refund or credit note due to the significant expenses already incurred by Konnect Learning.
