5 (5) Roadshow Preparation and (6) Ongoing Marketing 5 6 Agent Hosting and Support Sourcing Partner Visits to the Project Site Be prepared to host sourcing partners that want to visit the project and meet members of the project development team / regional center Sample itinerary includes: Visiting the project Visiting the developer office Visiting the regional center office Local tourist attractions Several meals at local restaurants Meetings with any local government representatives or relevant industry executives Investor Visits to the Project Site Have a pre-set itinerary to share with investors Include local hotel, local attractions, directions to project, daily activities, etc. Having an employee on staff to take investors on a local tour is best, but not always possible Ongoing Marketing Provide Ongoing Project Updates Project and financing updates are important to keep sourcing partners and potential clients up to date and keeps your project relevant Include all key details on the project New construction pictures are helpful Keep All Marketing Materials Current The full marketing process may take more than six months so it is important to ensure that all materials are current and updated Add in current construction pictures to brochure along with qualitative updates as to construction progress Share translated versions of any news articles / press releases related to the progress of the project 4
