Included in this effort was the design and development of Engineering Development Modules (EDMs) for the ITMS. EDMs use common architectures, hardware, software, and a human system interface for operations of land vehicles and maritime craft. The EDM integrated land vehicles and maritime craft functionality to include engineering, navigation, communications, sensors, tactical decision aids, and common situational awareness. This provides immediate access to user-friendly functions that enable the operator to effectively monitor and/or control multiple craft systems. WRSystems supported the design, development and maintenance of the Geospatial Information & Services (GI&S) software that CMS utilizes for maritime platforms. WRSystems supported the production of the integral Computer On Module (COM) Express computer, Transfer Input/Output (XIO) Node, and other ITMS components. Our cohesive systems engineering approach validated that each stage of the system life-cycle was planned, executed, monitored, and evaluated to ensure the needs of our customer are met ahead of schedule and on or below budget. WRSystems also provided technical documentation support for assembly procedures, as well as development of Technical Drawing Packages (TDPs) and test procedures for ITMS. In addition, WRSystems personnel provided material procurement support through WRSystems' purchasing systems and the government purchasing system, Industrial Logistics Support Management Information Systems (ILSMIS). WRSystems developed and maintained a Program Management Plan; developed programmatic matter (reports, metrics, and presentations) attended meetings, recorded action items, developed minutes and trip reports. Our staff of experienced, proven professionals developed and maintain a management system to track Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements, requirements, logistics information, and life-cycle issues. WRSystems provided contract management, administration, and full time on-site project management support, ensured accuracy in reporting interim progress reports both technical and financial, and ensured accurate invoicing and timely submission of all contract and task order deliverables.

In support of N D-4654 Task Order 0002, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Dahlgren Common Mobility System (CMS) Technical and Engineering Support contract, WRSystems provided engineering and technical support for the Distributed Tactical Communications Systems (DTCS) Engineering Development Modules (EDMs) in the areas of design, integration, manufacturing, documentation, and testing. DTCS are integrated handheld Iridium radio units with integrated Global Position System (GPS) capabilities for use by ground support forces. WRSystems successfully delivered the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the DTCS Radio Only (DTCS-ROA) and DTCS- Command and Control (DTCS-C2a) EDMs to NSWC Dam Neck. This TDP encompasses the integration, assembly, testing, drawings, board schematics, and necessary check sheets to allow a third party technical group to deliver the same design. WRSystems provided quality assurance documentation to support validation of DTCS EDM assemblies. ( WRSystems provided electrical engineering and technical support for DTCS EDM research and design, build, and testing to meet accelerated schedules. In addition, WRSystems provided on-site engineering and technical support for Limited User Evaluation (LUE) testing. WRSystems provided contract management, administrative, and full time on-site project management support, ensured accuracy in reporting interim progress reports both technical and financial, ensured accurate invoicing and timely submission of all contract and task order deliverables. WRSystems personnel provided conference reports, presentations and provided government-owned property reports. WRSystems developed and maintained a Program Management Plan; developed programmatic matter (reports, metrics, and presentations) attended meetings, recorded action items, developed minutes and trip reports.
