2 The Leadership Team Ian Wardle Chief Executive Ian joined Thirteen as our Chief Executive in He is responsible for leading Thirteen, overseeing the implementation of board decisions, progress towards meeting corporate objectives and ensuring the business continues to move in the right direction. Heather Ashton Executive Director for Resources Responsible for functions linked to compliance, money (finance and rental income), people, IT and data and the development of Thirteen from a corporate perspective. Heather also acts as company secretary, leading on the governance function for the organisation. Chris Smith Executive Director for Service Delivery and Development Responsible for the neighbourhood functions for Thirteen, including housing management, support services, customer experience and regeneration. Chris is also responsible for the development and delivery of the new homes programme for rent and sale, as well as wider business development opportunities for Thirteen. Russell Thompson Executive Director for Property Services Responsible for Thirteen s in-house repairs and maintenance function, major refurbishment programmes and investment covering all of the company s properties as well as neighbourhood services such as cleaning, caretaking and concierge services. This includes managing property assets, contract management, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, caretaking, concierge, investment, surveying and estimating and compliance with property legislation. 2

Linda also leads the customer involvement team and the customer relations team, supporting the service delivery functions in improving the customer experience.
