13 Building on foundations We hope to build on SMS technology by allowing incoming text messages Aiding remote/flexible working by offering staff the ability to view their records from Contractor Manager Bringing together Contractor Manager, SMS Text Messaging, Book & Pay, to improve customer services and access to the system remotely 13
