3 Who we are Wood Group is an international energy services company with an established track-record in delivering powerful solutions to a diverse range of customers the world over. The Group designs, modifies, constructs and operates facilities for a diverse range of industries including: oil and gas, clean energy, refineries and petrochemical customers; right across the asset life cycle. We have worked on some of the largest energy projects in the world; from concept development and final investment decision, through to detailed design, construction and operations onto late life asset management, cessation of production and decommissioning. Our real differentiators are our wide range of services, the quality of our delivery, the passion of our people and our culture and values. We understand both sides of the investment cycle, delivering high quality engineering services to support the design and development of new assets and providing a comprehensive range of core and specialist services for operations, maintenance, integrity and brownfield modifications. Our approach to safety underpins everything we do. We aspire for a future with no incidents, and support this with a series of programmes and campaigns that underpin our vision and commitment to continuous improvement in this area. We set high standards and also align these with our customers safety management systems and HSE initiatives.

6 Duty of care Many assets are now operating well beyond their intended field life and managing asset integrity now demands a more intensive approach. Aging infrastructure requires regular maintenance and Wood Group has a wealth of experience in supporting our customers to ensure legislative and industry compliance in this area. No two facilities are the same. Each will have different operational and commercial drivers, so when we assess our customers assets we review their issues in a number of different ways to ensure that the integrity solution we provide is rightsized and fit for purpose. We are adept at developing asset-led solutions that are resilient and scalable, providing reliable and measurable efficiencies to support a facility through its lifetime. 11 Assurance where it matters most Wood Group understands the challenges of maximising asset performance whilst balancing costs and maintaining safety assurance. When you re looking to invest, whether in a new asset or the upgrade of an existing one, balancing cost and benefit is crucial. Every facility is unique, even with rigorous design standards and regulated operations there are many variables to consider. Location, layout, process requirements and operating conditions can all differ considerably, however our experience is every bit as diverse as the assets we support and we use our unique perspective on risk, safety and environmental issues to provide certainty to investors and decision makers, no matter where in the world a project is located. All workplaces have the potential for situations to occur that may cause harm, but the seriousness and frequency of risks occurring can increase significantly when working in heavy industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, petrochemical and refineries. We apply a pragmatic, field tested approach to reviewing, assessing and extending the life of an asset and can draw upon the expertise within the wider organisation, utilising teams with a wealth of experience in operating and maintaining assets on behalf of our customers. Through the application of both qualitative and quantitative techniques, we provide assurance and certainty that the solutions we provide are the most suitable for the asset, delivered through an appropriate commercial framework that meets the requirements of our customers assetspecific drivers. Design review to ensure integrity is fully considered at concept and any risks are identified and mitigated Operations to provide visibility on integrity issues so that risks are understood and maintenance planning and remedy works are effectively managed Due diligence complete or partial asset examination to support divestment, acquisition or insurance claims Our measured approach to problem solving ensures safety and performance risks are appropriately identified and that actions are developed to help understand, manage and mitigate any potential threats.
