2 iq-ris BILLING EFFICIENT BILLING IN RADIOLOGY IMAGE Information Systems Ltd. has developed a dynamic billing system that can be easily adapted to the local invoicing requirements of any radiology department worldwide. Since the radiology workflow is closely connected to the cash flow of the respective institution, it is important that all procedures can be properly and consistently invoiced. Missing a code or a bill would mean financial loss for any hospital or imaging center. Therefore, it is crucial to have a reliable system that can accomplish this complex process almost automatically, while providing the user with a full overview of the system. iq-ris BILLING is a reliable billing system that helps keeping the overview of the whole invoicing process, no matter in which country it is being used or which invoicing system is required. Thanks to the flexibility of this system, billing codes and procedures can be easily found and modified, if so desired. Price changes and adjustments can be applied at any time. The billing data output of invoiced procedures can be either printed or converted into various digital file formats. 3 iq-ris BILLING SCREENSHOTS A A The Tariff Manager can be used to manage one or more tariffs, their related chapters and codes, rules, billing categories and cost categories. It can also be used to define one or more valuations for one code. B B Codes can be attached to studies. This will speed up the daily work as these codes will be proposed later on. C C New Billing Entries can be made in order to invoice a study and create an invoice in Word. Either the proposed codes... D D... or any other code from the current tariff can be used.
