5 ICE EDGE UNVEILS FIRST PROACTIVE RECONFIGURATION TOOL IN INDUSTRY Ice Edge Business Solutions, creator of intelligent ICE 3D design and configuration software, chose NeoCon 2011 to unveil a revolutionary new way to interactively and graphically reconfigure and reuse all the elements of an interior space. The reconfiguration tool, named ICEcycle, is a product lifecycle management tool that captures all elements from an existing modular layout. It inventories, sorts, locates and defines each part available for reuse and all in real time. Before ICEcycle, designers created reconfigurations without knowing until afterwards the number of parts leftover. It s the only reconfig tool maximizing product reuse and managing the entire lifecycle of a product. Damaged parts are flagged and monitored to ensure they are either repaired or replaced.
