11 Synopsis Gary Anderson, ECS Team Senior Architect, and Sonny Poling, ECS Team Principal Consultant, will review a case study of the Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) that we implemented for one of our clients. In doing so, we will discuss and/or demonstrate how the following components of the solution were integrated to address the business requirements: Overall Governance Plan, Overall Architecture, Content Hub (Content Types, Site Columns, Information Management Policies), Managed Metadata, Records Center, Drop Off Library, Metadata Navigation and Search, Nintex Workflow, Data One PowerActivity to use PowerShell commands in a Nintex Workflow, and Robocopy. We ll also discuss how the client is using the KnowledgeLake suite of products to support scanning, business data integration and search, and how Metalogix Content Matrix is used for content and site migration. Throughout, we ll share lessons learned and best practices.
