2 Annexure () Scope of Work Central Electronics Limited (CEL) invited sealed tenders in two bid system i.e.(parti Technical Bid and PartII Price bid) for the supply, installation,, testing & commissioning along with training and hand holding as per the detailed Qualification/Eligibility Criteria and technical specification of Video Conferencing (VC) systems at CEL premises located in Sahibabad (U.P). (2) Qualification/Eligibility Criteria: The invitation to Bids is open to all international/national manufacturers (OEM s), their authorized subsidiaries, agents, distributors, dealers etc. However bidders, who are accredited with ISO 9000/900 etc will get the preference. The distributors/dealers /business partners who are submitting the bid on the behalf their manufacturers are required to be submit the valid authorization certificate issued in the name of bidder. The bidder should have executed the minimum three similar orders during last year (206). Completion certificate issued by the customers are required to be attached with the technical part of Bid. To prove their credential, the bidders have to attach Copies of valid registration certificates, proof of Manufacturer s(oem s), distributorship and registration with Taxation (VAT/ Excise/ Service tax) authorities etc. with the bid. The bidder must have the facility for sales & services support at New Delhi/NCR with trained engineers to provide service support. Proof of Service set up & qualification of engineers are required to be attached. The bidder will have bear all costs associated with preparation and submission of the bid. CEL reserves the right to verify/seek confirmation of all original documentary evidence submitted by vendors in support of above mentioned clauses of eligibility criteria In case any information furnished by the bidder is found to be false /incorrect at any stage, the bid shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence on the same shall be entertained. The vendor must fulfill the above eligibility criteria/ prequalification conditions. Technical bid of vendors fulfilling the prequalification conditions will only be evaluated by the duly constituted technical evaluation committee. Bid of vendors not fulfilling the Eligibility criteria given above will be

3 summarily rejected. Undertaking for subsequent submission of any of the above documents will not be entertained under any circumstances. The vendor must fulfill the above eligibility criteria/ prequalification conditions. Technical bid of vendors fulfilling the prequalification conditions will only be evaluated by the duly constituted technical evaluation committee. Bid of vendors not fulfilling the Eligibility criteria given above will be summarily rejected. (3) Detailed Specification: The detailed specifications of the items of the tender are as under: SNo Technical Specifications Quantity Compliance Deviation, if any. Field of View 250 Degrees or Higher Horizontal FOV Make: Polycom The system should have provision to support multipoint (+5) conferencing with Full HD resolution by adding a license in future Wall mount for codec and camera All the necessary cables and connectors should be provided and must be of standard make. Warranty Three Year comprehensive replacement warranty from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for all the above products after successful installation and commissioning. 5. Confirmation Vendor on behalf of OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer) should ensure availability of the spare parts of the quoted model for at least five years after warranty. 6. Packaging The items shall be packed for seafreight worthiness with proper stuffing in standard pack to prevent any damage during transit. Packing slips / labels/ CEL PO reference shall be fixed indicating the items packed inside. Fragile items shall be packed separately with adequate packing indicating Fragile slip outside. 7. Installation requirement Vendors have to provide the cables and other accessories, meet the software requirements and install the system, at appropriate place described by CEL.
