We provide a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services that include but are not limited to: A secure compliant integrated payment widget that removes the exposure of having and storing credit card information in the database. This payment widget is integrated within the application (pop-up or embedded) and can be customized to provide the same look and feel (color matching etc.) to match your application. We are adding medication adherence messages and coupons on credit card receipts which will boost adherence rates and profit sharing back to you. We have a Smart Phone App which is integrated to and connects with our EHR partner s application that allows a patient to schedule a new appointment, see upcoming or past appointments, send/ receive appointment reminders, provide urgent alerts, allows patients to quickly and easily pay

3 bills, access reports, provides secure messaging (send and receive), provides complete online intake forms and update contact information, text and voice (one & two way), and video conferencing. We provide a Built-in payment plan for large amounts to be paid over time. We provide the ability to save credit card information on file with our Card Vault. Card Vault stores the card information in a PCI compliant vault for secure and easy access. We also offer EMV (credit card) terminals that accept chip cards. We have developed a Behavioral Adherence application which we provide at no cost if we are doing the payment processing. Our Behavioral Health App tracks regimes, levels, medication reminders, journals and reports it back to the Provider. We look forward to working closely with you. 4 Why CMS? There is a tremendous amount of pressure on the healthcare industry including requirements to meet federal mandates, governmental compliance standards and decreasing margins. There are also aggressive industry consolidation activities underway as well as competitive pricing pressures that are driving license pricing and margins down. 5 Detailed Product Descriptions Built-In Revenue Generation Opportunities For Ehr s & Hospitals: EMVIO Plug-in This is a secure, compliant, integrated payment widget that can be integrated into a client s billing and scheduling application (pop-up or embedded). The Plug-in allows you to securely store client credit card data safely and securely through our card vault, addressing PCI Out of Scope and allow you to set up customized individual payment plan options, this removes the exposure of having and storing credit card information in the database. When the credit card is first entered, we are passing you a token, neither your servers or CMS servers are holding card data. The payment widget can be integrated within your billing and scheduling application as a pop-up or embedded within your application. There are two versions of the payment Plug-in widget. The Standard version which would be integrated within your billing and scheduling software which gives staff members quick and easy access to Swipe cards, Key in card values, set up Payment plans, process ACH payments and access transaction history (all optional). The other version is the Portal version which is used when your provider has a patient portal they can enable basic features such as swipe cards, key in card values or even set up pay plans and they will also be able to see transaction data. All versions of the widget are equipped with a CSS file which will allow you to edit the look, color and feel of the Plug-in widget to blend nicely with your software. This provides a low cost or a revenue sharing opportunity back to the EHR or Hospital based on processing volume. EMVIO Pharma This is a service offering that provides medication adherence messages and coupons on credit card receipts which will boost adherence rates and provides revenue sharing back to the EHR or Hospital.

6 Revenue - Mark-Up Opportunitities For Ehr s & Hospitals: EMVIO Smart Phone App This is a mobile App that can connect with a client s billing and scheduling application through API s that allows a patient to schedule a new appointment, see upcoming or past appointments, send/ receive appointment reminders, receive urgent alerts, allow patients to quickly and easily pay bills, provide secure messaging (send and receive), offers complete online intake forms and the ability to update contact information, provides text and voice (one & two way), and video conferencing between the Patient and the Provider. There are two versions one for the Patient and one for the Provider. Both the Provide and patient have unique logins specific to them, providing their respective functionality to effectively and securely communicate. EMVIO Behavioral Health The Behavioral Health App tracks regimes, levels, medication reminders, journals and reports it back to the Provider through a portal view that can be plugged in to your EHR. Industry findings suggest that first fill rates are only 70-80% and over the course of a year those fill rates decrease below 30%. The App can be customized to address any chronic care coordination efforts such as Diabetes, Heart Condition and any others outside of behavioral health. EMVIO Behavioral Health App promotes medication adherence visibility to the caregiver and patient by tracking behavior longitudinally within a chronic condition. The platform will support the many stages that a caregiver and patient encounter in becoming healthy while giving the tools needed between visits. The benefits include: Increase first fill rates and longer medication adherence Support longer and healthier outcomes Give the patient a tool they will use Supply the caregiver the right data at the right time Along with providing visibility and beneficial tools for the caregiver, the mobile platform has core features that produce higher usability.
