3 Metric Definitions Hosted Named User: is defined as an individual authorized by you to access the hosted service, regardless of whether the individual is actively accessing the hosted service at any given time. Instance: is defined as a single deployment of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting application. For the purposes of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service, two environments (Production and Pre-production) are included in each instance. 50 Gigabytes: is defined as a 50 Gigabytes of additional computer storage space used by a storage filer equal to fifty billion bytes through the Cloud Service.

4 Service Descriptions Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service-Instance Applicable Part # B88359 Users of the Oracle NetSuitePlanning and Budgeting Cloud Service Instance are authorized to access the following modules: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Oracle Financial Statement Planning Oracle Strategic Modeling Usage Limits: The Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - Instance is subject to usage limits based upon: a maximum number of Authorized Users (Hosted Named User) as defined in your order Oracle will provision 2 environments for this Oracle Cloud Service. One environment is dedicated for production use and the second environment is dedicated as a stage environment for non-production use. Additional environments may be purchased subject to additional fees. The maximum allowable file storage for the Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - Instance cannot exceed 150GB. Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service-Hosted Named User Applicable Part # B88360 Users of the Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Hosted Named User are authorized to access the following modules: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Oracle Financial Statement Planning Oracle Strategic Modeling Usage Limits: The Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Hosted End User is subject to usage limits based upon: a maximum number of Authorized Users as defined in your order

5 Oracle Additional Storage for Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - 50 Gigabytes Applicable Part # B88361 Users of the Oracle Additional Storage for Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting 50 Gigabytes are authorized to access: the associated Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Instance Cloud Service Usage Limits: The Oracle Additional Storage for Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service is subject to usage limits based upon: The maximum allowable file storage cannot exceed that of the associated Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Instance plus this 50 Gigabyte incremental extension (50 Gigabytes).
