3 We are conducting training program through : Our training institute to catalyze the growth of freelancer for self-employment and promoting on-line outsourcing. Through this training institute we are trying to create expert trainers in freelancer area to disseminate the training program in the grass root level. A brief overview of the company: Year of Establishment: Registration as a Private Limited Company: Company Background Extent IT Ltd. has finally started it s journey as an organized and full-fledged IT company from December 2016 by

4 strengthening it capacity, expertise, manpower, resources, service and product line with a long term vision. This new journey of this company is started focusing two major things i.e first one is quality assurance in service and product development. Second one is priority to customer satisfaction and quality support to them 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week / 365 days per year i.e online customer support. 4. Management committee: We have two supreme committee. One is management committee which has the top most power of taking any decision regarding the company. Another is advisory committee which will give advice the managing committee and create the executive committee to implement different plans and Strategies for the company. But the Managing committee has the right to take any decision of their own as well. 5.
