3 II. Working with Hibernia Networks, (July 11 Aug 2016), as Software Development Manager 1. Hibernia CRM Hibernia CRM is designed to replace the OLD Sales Portal (was developed in GoldMine CRM a.net Product). This application is developed using widely used SugarCRM 7 Enterprise Edition so as to manage entire Sales life cycle. It covers the entire major service areas, which are: Customer and Contact Management, Opportunity workflow, Product Management, User management, Reports. We have integration of ITSM (.Net Product) with SOAP and XML, Integration with IPCC (IP Product Management System) with REST API New Joint Wayside Detector System (JWDS) project that will replace the existing system which supports the real time detection of mechanical defects and breakdowns. It ll replace the desktop based application with Web based application to integrate all the components of systems. 2. The HUB The HuB is SharePoint portal, a Reporting Portal meant for Board Members who can view the progress of the Company. Report page contain Sales Reports, Product Reports, Performance Reports of Sales Team, Customer wise Reports etc. Design and building new environment for OSS Web Applications. Build a Production & staging platform on new Production & Staging environments built from current Production environment. 3. PO System This application is used to create purchase order for the company investment by different department. 4. Payback Calculator This is an engine which gives output as a payback for Sales Team considering the shortest path, by which sales team can go ahead with the quotation of bandwidth. 5. Off Net Pricing Tool This portal helps the sales team to find out the pricing of a particular address which the vendor has quoted earlier. 6. Travelers USA (TechXpress) This project TechXpress is developed in ASP.Net, which is being used by Travelers Agents i.e. Insurance Agents. This Application is basically question based Application to know the details of the clients. The main functionality of the application is to generate Quote/Proposal and bind the Proposal and also calculate (Rating of Policy) the premium need to be paid by client. This is application is then loaded to another system to get verified and policy is then issued. 2. CHealth (Solution Accelerator) It is solution accelerator project which help in keeping track of record of the patient. The solution accelerator has set of rules which guide the patient in keeping good which in return provide certain reward point in the form of premium bonus etc. The wellness Management is a dynamic system which helps in creating set of rules (Programs). The health care company will have the right to create/update the programs and to float the programs for their clients. 3. Travelers USA (KM Portal) The project KM Portal is on SharePoint, it was internal project for the Travelers which are knowledge management system and repository of documents of various project going on under the Travelers account. 4. Travelers USA (Horizin.Net) Horizon.net is a rating tool used to produce and provide insurance proposals to PSS customers, is essential to the business unit it any extended down time would adversely affect PSS ability to conduct business. 5. Travelers USA (E-claims) This application module was developed for the Saint Paul Travelers (USA) an insurance company. The system was developed to maintain the records of medical bills of the insured. This aims to develop and automate the Information System of different offices located in various cities in India. It maintains the records of the Couriers booked in different offices, also does the mapping of the route i.e. by which route the packet will move to the destination. This system also provides the online query-handling feature of the customer regarding the packet. 2. Easy Loan (Easy Loan Management System Easy Loan is a finance company at Delhi. It deals with providing vehicle loan, Education loan, Home loan etc. The company works through its call centers, web sites and from offices located in various cities in India. This project works on the client server Architecture using ASP.Net and MS SQL as Backend Database. The aim of the project was to update and maintain loan status, rate of interest and form handling. This system also provides online customer queryhandling feature through online chat with customer care executive. Request Gathering Use case writing, designing LLD, Code development, Code review Writing Nunit test cases for developer end testing. Worked with CRC InfoTech (Sep 03-May 04), Delhi as Software Trainee Specification : C#.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net Framework : 1.1, 2.0 Database : SQL Server E-Marketing System This project works on the client server Architecture using ASP.Net and MS SQL as Backend Database. The project was about the sale and purchase of various products via e-marketing system. The package also provides the facility of online payment.
