MANAGEMENT Project Managers / Technical Managers Provide project team leadership and serve as the focal point of project operations. Manage diverse groups of offshore oil & gas E&C disciplines. Develop budgets, schedules, manpower plans and contract documents. Plan and manage deepwater offshore construction and Installation works. Manage offshore structural and foundation engineering programs. Coordinate and manage activities supporting drilling operations. Ensure QA / QC measures are conducted to optimize operations. Lead in the implementation of HSE systems and protocols. Drill Site Managers Ensure execution of operations as per Drilling Program / Procedures. Lead HSE system compliance and implementation at the rig site. Develop specific/detailed daily work plans in coordination with the contractor and service partners. Assure that everything that goes down hole is callipered, measured, and model #/serial # documented. Assure that drill string, wellbore and wellhead components are assembled and installed as per program and procedures. Witness and document BOP/wellhead/casing function and pressure tests. Witness well control drills to assure crew competence to detect and respond to Well Control events. Maintain complete, accurate and detailed records including daily operations, well costs, performance data (activity/category) and well installation details. Offer improvements to well programs that increase performance or eliminate unacceptable risk.

Marine Operations Managers Responsible for the day to day marine vessel support operations Evaluate vessel capabilities to ensure it meets support requirements of drilling operations as well as other offshore operations Liase with project manager and drilling manager in planning, scheduling and repair/maintenance of support vessel fleet. Manage marine logistics base. Oversee that marine vessels have suitably trained and qualified staff at all times. Accountable for the effectiveness of the fleet scheduling management. Ensure all necessary vessel documentation and statutory certificates are available and up to date. Project Financial Analysts Prepare and review monthly and annual tax returns Actively perform tax research by examining tax issues, relevant tax laws Establish and manage good working relationships with tax officers and consultants Responsible for maintaining tax accounts and perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation Assist in project cost control by reviewing vendor invoices and prepare project cost vs budget Assist process of internal, joint venture and tax audits Prepare written correspondence and other document as response to letter/ information request from tax office or vendors

ENGINEERING Drilling Engineers Conduct offset well review Produce cost estimates and prepare AFE Perform Well Trajectory Planning Perform Casing Design Work with drilling fluids engineers / specialist in designing drilling fluids program Design the cementing program and procedures Prepare drilling program and procedures Conduct operations risk assessment Perform engineering designs for HPHT wells Technical Interface and coordination with materials and service providers Well Completion Engineers Identification of well test objectives. Preparation of well test program and test procedures. Review of equipment requirements to perform proposed testing activities. Procurement of well testing equipment, both purchase rental equipment and consumables. Discussions with contractors to define well testing equipment and personnel requirements. Installation, function and pressure testing of equipment. Assembly and installation of the test string. Supervision of day to day operational testing activities Ensure test data collected is accurate and representative. Compile a well test report to be used as a reference.

Drilling Fluids Specialists Make recommendations concerning solids control processes to ensure the equipment is optimized for economic solids removal Optimize the management of fluid and cement services in the field. Determine chemical treatment to optimize drilling parameters. Supervise rig personnel when performing chemical additions and recording drilling fluid parameters Monitor daily drilling operations to reduce or eliminate problems associated with drilling mud. Contribute to the full implementation of HSE goals and objectives associated with drilling fluids use. Perform quality assurance of mud and cement systems, stock inventory and consumption and contractor reporting. Ensure that fluids & cement programs and procedures are available, understood and adhered to by personnel involved. Structural Engineers Managed offshore structural and foundation engineering programs Structural design, modelling and analysis. Integrity and structural damage assessment Develop wind, wave, current and seismic extreme event design criteria Metocean data collection and analysis projects for shallow water and deepwater locations, Manage onshore and offshore structural modification programs Design of stacked template wellhead structure (STS) Dynamic vibration measurement and analysis Design, procure and install deepwater moorings and suction caisson foundations

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Managers / Coordinators Conduct on-site personnel HSE basic training. Produce and implement safety & compliance plans. Perform HSE audits and inspections. Conduct risk and hazard assessment. Perform environmental waste management planning. Perform emergency response planning. Maintain HSE logs and HSE meeting documentation.
