Warranty card We provide a warranty card to every customer that has our SLA (that explains the warranty conditions, the warranty period, the model and serial number of POS device) on it. 5

7 Support Team: Customers can speak with our experts by or have us call them right away. Our support team can also solve their problem by "Team viewer" software or Answer a few questions and we ll give them the best options. If the problem remained unsolved, our experts visit the customers site and try to solve it, if the device needs repairing or replacing parts, we offer the customers alternative device until their device work appropriately. Our support team must solve all problems in less than 48 hours. In case of customers out of Tehran, they can easily find a local Authorized Service Provider or POSBank sales agent with a valid certificate. They can also send their product to Torna Service Company for repairing. 6

8 Distributing channel: We have over than 20 representa ves through the country that the loca on of our distribution channel shown as below map, and every representative performance will be evaluated every 3 months. We implement sales and aftersale services throughout the country by this channel and they act based on our standards and protocols and our marketing plans is implemented by them through the country. We also offer the same price for the end user and this policy run all over the country and all representatives are obliged to implement our standards of service providing, pricing and etc. Every representative has authorized with a certificate and they are our sales and after-sale service office within every city. They are responsible for customer satisfaction in their area and also they must provide services and solve their possible future problems. 7
